Eating used to be an intuitive process for all of us. Over time, we have stopped listening to what our bodies need and fallen into a pattern of guilt and shame around food. Learn how to stop the cycle and go back to our natural ability to eat intuitively!

Intuitive Eating 12-Week Course for Women

Living in a culture that is saturated with restrictive dieting, manipulative marketing and insistent “thin” ideals makes it nearly impossible to listen to intuitive cueing around food and exercise!

This 12 week course will introduce you to the concepts around Intuitive Eating while teaching you the skills to move through life as a confident intuitive eater. 

This session is perfect for you if hope to:

  • Free your mind of “dieting” thoughts, creating space for things that truly matter
  • Learn to recognize, honor, and trust your body’s feelings of hunger and fullness
  • Stop the binge-restrict cycle once and for all!
  • Navigate emotional eating and learn new coping skills
  • Challenge “fatphobia” and weight bias by learning to respect all body shapes and sizes
  • Engage in physical activity for the joy of movement, not as punishment for eating

Course Outline

We will be using the Intuitive Eating book as a guide for our weekly discussions. There are 10 principles and we will focus on one each week. For more information about each principle, check out this resource.
