2-Week Foundations
$149

  • (4) Kickboxing Foundations group classes to learn the basics of kickboxing, common exercises, class format, and have time to ask questions. (must be able to complete at least 3 of the 4 classes in order to join the general group afterwards).
  • (1) Free Kickboxing class after you complete your 2 weeks.

Kickstart Assessment
$85 ($65 for members)

  • 30-minute consult and 30-minute movement assessment
  • Report of active and overactive muscles and a summary of recommendations

One-on-one training
