Working one-on-one with a coach allows us to design a program that is specific to your needs and your lifestyle.
Our goal is to help you stay on track and motivated without feeling guilty when life gets in the way (and you know it will). Our bodies form movement compensations due to stress, injury, sitting too long, etc.
We will begin with a Kickstart Assessment to identify your specific needs and then build a plan that will correct and rebuild a more balanced you!

- 10-day personal training program to get started
- 60-minute Kickstart assessment and goal setting meeting
- (2) One-on-one training sessions
- Personalized training plan
- Option to include kickboxing basic training to be ready for group classes
