Working one-on-one with a coach allows us to design a program that is specific to your needs and your lifestyle.

Our goal is to help you stay on track and motivated without feeling guilty when life gets in the way (and you know it will). Our bodies form movement compensations due to stress, injury, sitting too long, etc.

We will begin with a Kickstart Assessment to identify your specific needs and then build a plan that will correct and rebuild a more balanced you!

  • 10-day personal training program to get started
  • 60-minute Kickstart assessment and goal setting meeting
  • (2) One-on-one training sessions
  • Personalized training plan
  • Option to include kickboxing basic training to be ready for group classes

Personal Training

Working one-on-one with a coach will make sure you’re getting a plan that truly fits. Personal training is for everyone and it can be used to hit quick goals, mix up your routine, or to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

  • FIT Foundations (A simple 10-day starter program which includes a Kickstart Assessment, 2 private session, and a training plan.)

A note on training group training during COVID

Our studio has made a number of changes in order to maintain the health and safety of our members. During your personal training sessions your coach will maintain a safe distance and you always have the option to check in online Zoom.

Masks are required at all times in the studio. We have recommended workout masks available for purchase which make this as comfortable as possible. Our team has a revised a rigorous cleaning checklist that we go through in between each and every class which includes sanitizing all bags, surfaces and the training floor. We are doing our best to keep every member safe and healthy. 🙂
