Kickboxing is our thing! Many of our members say that they have finally found a workout that sticks. We mix kickboxing techniques with other fitness exercises to give you a complete high intensity workout. It’s an amazing way to clear your mind, de-stress, and get strong!


Boxie Girl Club (ages 12-17)

A new program to empower young girls to find their power and strength!

This program is to help build confidence, skills, fitness, and community for girls ages 12-17. Each week will focus on a different way for these girls to be more savvy, safe, and successful in every aspect of their lives.



Learning how to lift weights properly can be intimidating in a big box gym but our coaches will help you feel comfortable and build confidence in this small group class which is half kickboxing and half LIFTing weights.

This is a great compliment to your kickboxing workouts and design to help you build a new kind of strength.


Pound Rockout Workout

Tap into your inner rockstar! Join Coach Camille (a registered Pound Pro!) for a super dynamic and fun workout! You will be using RipStix (drum sticks) with pilates and yoga-type movements, leaving you feeling pumped and ready to take on anything! This class serves all levels.


Intuitive Eating

Reconnect: Learning to trust the Intuitive Self

Eating used to be an intuitive process for all of us. Over time, we have stopped listening to what our bodies need and fallen into a pattern of guilt and shame around food. Learn how to stop the cycle and go back to our natural ability to eat intuitively!

I NEVER thought I would be the person who gets up early to go exercise, and for kickboxing no less!
