Group Class Schedule
Download our app on iOS and Android to book your classes. Please check back weekly. We will be adding more class days/times as our studio rebuilds and works within the state’s guidelines. Classes are 45 minutes and limited to 6 women.
Class Descriptions (all levels)
Our primary workout is based on punching and kicking free-standing bags. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s the best way to get fit and feel like a rockstar!
Join us for a strength training class that will be a perfect complement to your kickboxing routine. (HIIRT stands for High-Intensity Interval Resistance Training)
Join us for a class of kickboxing (30 minutes) followed by healing Tai Chi movements and meditation (15 minutes). All levels, all are welcome.
This class is dedicated to boxing movements in the same standard class format. It’s a great option if you love punching, if your legs need a break, or if you have a lower-body injury.
This hour-long, HIRT-style (high-intensity resistance training) class, targets the full body and is mixed with new strength and endurance training movements to keep your body guessing.
